I have found writing poetry to be an emotionally cleansing process. The positive results I have enjoyed from my writing have inspired me to share my poems with those of you who may have experienced loss or perhaps are struggling emotionally on your journey.
Most of my poems are based on my own life experiences. Some of these experiences have been challenging, some have been wonderful and some in between! Without living through those life experiences and finding the courage to express the fall-out feelings in writing, none of these poems would have seen the light of day.
The poems you will find in books 1 and 2 of my Willing Heart Series,
are personal and heartfelt. I hope that by sharing them, they will lead you to your own truth.
